So you’re an empath? 

Empaths process emotion for people around them and for the collective. They are literally wired to take in energy and feel what others are feeling. Most Empaths have the powerful and amazing gift of transmuting energy, and facilitating profound healing! But empaths often struggle with overwhelm and shutdown - and students of deathwork regularly ask how to practice self care in a field that carries such sorrow. 

In my work as a psychic and evidential medium and healer, I use energy management and many tools to keep myself in balance. It is often hard for Empaths to know what energy and emotions are their own and which ones are their clients, people around them or even emotions of those in Spirit.

If you do not have conscious energy awareness and tools to help you, you run the risk of overwhelm, shutting down and not being able to do the work that you know you came to do! 

Often empaths without tools hide from the world. Your community will not benefit from your beautiful gifts if you are unable to maintain energy balance. And your recovery time in between interactions will be much longer!
